Preparation of layouts based on the above parameters; discussion with clients and finalization of layouts after consent of clients.
Fees for the project services are finalized once the layouts are approved by clients.
On receipt of advance amount, the office works on the 3d models for the project. The final 3d model is presented to the clients for visualization and approval.
On finalization of the 3d model, the office starts working comprehensively on the project.
The office does not have in house professional 3d model facility. The professional 3d views if desired by clients may be prepared by independent 3d model making agencies appointed separately.
The concerned consultants and agencies – structure, utility, electrical, air-conditioning are appointed for further detailed working on the project.
On appointment, the office works in tandem with consultants to prepare detailed working drawings with all the services integrated and coordinated together; before the construction begins at site.
On commencement of works at site, the office makes planned visits at site in accordance with the work progress at site.
The office gets actively involved in selection of finishing materials and items viz. toilets, kitchen, flooring, cladding, windows, lighting etc.
Wherever possible, the office gives landscape inputs and proposals for landscape development around the building.
On completion of projects, the office documents the project for records with due permission of clients.

The concerned consultants and agencies – carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, automation (if applicable), air conditioning, fabrication, glass works, paint and polish, stone works etc. are appointed for the project works.
The office prepares working drawings for the following:
- Electrical layouts
- Lighting layouts (with specifications) and detailed drawing of customized lights.
- False ceiling layouts with detailed sections
- Technical drawings for all customized items of furniture viz. bed, wardrobe, study table etc.
- Kitchen furniture in accordance with modular kitchen makers.
- Furniture drawings in accordance with other modular furniture makers.
- Air conditioning layouts with indication of possible routing paths.
The office helps in selection of ready made furniture to be used; and does customize them partly when necessary to fulfill the design needs.
The office gets actively involved in selection of finishing materials and items viz. . toilets, kitchen, flooring, cladding, veneer etc.
The office gives the selection of soft furnishing a lot of importance. It helps in the selection of fabrics for sofa and chair upholstery, bed backs, curtains, bed sheets, décor cushions, pouffe etc.
In addition to the above, a lot of décor items like small artefacts, art pieces, lamps, sculptures etc. are selected and placed to complete the look and feel of space.
Customized artworks add a great amount of value and meaning to spaces. The office creates customized artworks in association with artists as and when possible.
On completion of projects, the office documents the project for records with due permission of clients.
